Continental United States Orders

All K9 Foundation orders will be processed and confirmed within 1 business day of receipt
Holidays, Saturdays and Sundays are not business days. K9 Foundation observes all federal holidays
Order acknowledgment, confirmation of product availability and shipping tracking information will be provided via e-mail after each order is accepted and processed
All orders will be shipped via UPS and/or a brokered freight company, and therefore must be associated with a physical address. K9 Foundation cannot ship to PO boxes

Expected Delivery Dates

All dates are estimates and may vary
Standard Ground: 3-7 business days after order processing
Transit days for ground shipment deliveries account for business days only, and do not include weekends or holidays

Standard Shipping and Handling Rates:

Standard UPS and/or brokered freight shipping rates apply to all K9 Foundation purchases
Actual rates at time of purchase may vary and will be displayed in your Shopping Cart or Shipping Quote during the order process
All associated shipping and handling charges will be displayed at the time of Check-Out. Once an order is confirmed and processed, customers will not be subject to any further charges

K9 Foundation orders will only be processed and shipped to addresses within the United States
K9 Foundation does not ship to APO/FPO addresses
Washington state residents will be charged applicable sales tax. Residents of other jurisdictions may be charged sales tax as required by applicable law
All prices are quoted and all payments must be made in US$
Customer orders will leave the K9 Foundation store in new condition. Risk of loss passes to the customer once packages are delivered to the UPS and/or brokered freight. If orders are damaged during transit, please contact UPS or brokered frieght immediately to make a claim
